National Cooperative Day 2024 was celebrated on November 2, 2024, organized by the Jhalkathi District Administration and Directorate of Youth Development, with the theme of building a non-discrimination Bangladesh through cooperatives. Inauguration ceremony, discussion meeting and rally were held on the occasion of National Cooperative Day. Mr. Ashrafur Rahman, Deputy Commissioner and learned District Magistrate, Mr. Jhalkathi, were present as the chief guest on the occasion. Additional Superintendent of Police Mr. Sheikh Imran (Crime & Ops) Jhalkathi was present as special guest on behalf of Mr. Uzzalal Kumar Roy Jhalkathi.

Senior officials and employees of the district government offices were present at this time.
